Your order is normally ready to dispatch in 1-2 business days, we will advise you if your order is likely to take longer to dispatch.

Standard Delivery Service is £3.95  2-4 business days transit time (excludes Sundays and Bank Holidays)

Express Delivery Service is £4.95 1-2 business days transit time (excludes Sundays and Bank Holidays)

Standard and Express items ordered before 1pm are usually sent on the same working day. During busy periods orders will be sent within 2 working days of ordering. If your order is urgent please let us know and we will always do our best to accommodate. Please be advised that although we try and maintain our delivery times we cannot guarantee them as we have no control over courier services once parcels have left us.

Free Standard Delivery offer can not be combined with other offers or discounts. 

Returns

If you are not happy with any product you order – don’t worry – you can always return it. We want you to be happy with everything you purchase from Vintage Attic. 

Please email and let us know as soon as possible if you would like to return an item. Please return the item/s in their original condition within 14 days and we will refund you (excluding postage charges). Please use the original packaging to ensure against breakages. It is important to return items by recorded delivery as we cannot be held responsible for any items lost in transit. We will refund or exchange your order once it is received by us. 

Please be aware that if the value of the product returned reduces the value of the original order to below that which qualifies for a volume discount we will deduct the discount value or the postage cost value from your refund.

Please be aware that Pre-ordered items are non-refundable, due them being ordered in specifically.
